其次,在對電磁流量計進行安裝的過程當中,需要確保流量計測量管內部充滿流動流體。主要依據在於:在(zai)電(dian)磁(ci)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)對(dui)管(guan)道(dao)內(nei)部(bu)流(liu)量(liang)水(shui)平(ping)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)量(liang)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)當(dang)中(zhong),所(suo)獲(huo)取(qu)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)因(yin)素(su)包(bao)括(kuo)電(dian)機(ji)斷(duan)麵(mian)麵(mian)積(ji)以(yi)及(ji)電(dian)機(ji)平(ping)麵(mian)流(liu)動(dong)速(su)度(du)這(zhe)兩(liang)個(ge)方(fang)麵(mian),以(yi)上(shang)兩(liang)項(xiang)指(zhi)標(biao)之(zhi)積(ji)則(ze)為(wei)電(dian)磁(ci)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)最(zui)終(zhong)所(suo)顯(xian)示(shi)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)數(shu)值(zhi)。

達到鞏固電磁流量計測量準確性的目的。具體的接地方式如圖所示(見圖1)。
最zui後hou,在zai電dian磁ci流liu量liang計ji的de安an裝zhuang過guo程cheng當dang中zhong,需xu要yao最zui大da限xian度du的de擴kuo大da安an裝zhuang區qu域yu於yu磁ci源yuan或huo振zhen動dong源yuan的de距ju離li,通tong過guo接jie地di連lian接jie的de方fang式shi,提ti高gao計ji量liang的de準zhun確que性xing。當dang前qian技ji術shu條tiao件jian支zhi持chi下xia,建jian議yi控kong製zhi電dian磁ci流liu量liang計ji接jie地di狀zhuang態tai下xia的de電dian阻zu值zhi≤100.0Ω 單位。特別是針對有防爆要求以及防雷擊要求的電磁流量計而言,接地狀態下的電阻值控製標準應當為≤10.0Ω。
