①所選擇的安裝位置應使流量計保持灌滿,無集氣(或積液)現象;
②在上遊和下遊保留足夠的直管段以保證直行和對稱的流行,渦街流量計的上遊必須留有至少15倍口徑(D)的直管段(如圖一),下遊必須留有至少5倍口徑(D)的直管段;
③閥門以及其他測量儀表盡可能的在流量計的下遊安裝。
根據近幾年在大項目安裝智能渦街流量計施工過程中常見的問題,采取以下處理措施:

(2)dangceliangqitiliuliangdadaoyidingzhishiliuliangshuchuzhibushengfanjiang。dangshengchanyongqiliangtigaoshichuanganqideceliangpinlvheqiduiyingdetijiliuliangdoudadaozuidazhierbuzaishangsheng,tongshiyinweiqititongguosuojinghuoxiaoguandaojieliuyinqiyalixiajiang,zaochengshuchuliuliangdexiajiang。cishiyingshidangtiaozhengjiezhiliuliang,dangliuliangchaochushengchangongyiyunxuzhishi,xuyaogenghuanliuliangji。tongguozhijieduquyibiaopinlvmaichongzhi,zaiyichuchangziliao、檢驗報告、安裝前檢定證書的數據為準,找出與其相對應的流量值。另外,如果現場具備調節管道介質流量的條件,可以分別按上升百分比例、下降百分比例調節管道介質流量,製成曲線圖形,找出流量的下降拐點,為更換流量計提供可靠的數據。
(3)管(guan)道(dao)介(jie)質(zhi)流(liu)量(liang)較(jiao)大(da)時(shi)二(er)次(ci)表(biao)無(wu)流(liu)量(liang)顯(xian)示(shi)或(huo)顯(xian)示(shi)流(liu)量(liang)極(ji)小(xiao)。當(dang)管(guan)道(dao)介(jie)質(zhi)流(liu)量(liang)很(hen)大(da)時(shi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)檢(jian)測(ce)不(bu)到(dao)信(xin)號(hao),極(ji)有(you)可(ke)能(neng)是(shi)渦(wo)街(jie)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)被(bei)裝(zhuang)反(fan)。采(cai)取(qu)的(de)措(cuo)施(shi)是(shi)將(jiang)渦(wo)街(jie)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)調(tiao)成(cheng)正(zheng)確(que)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang),檢(jian)查(zha)供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan),檢(jian)查(zha)渦(wo)街(jie)發(fa)生(sheng)體(ti)本(ben)體(ti)以(yi)及(ji)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)。
