智能渦街流量計運行可靠,安裝維護簡單,測量範圍大,不受溫度、壓力的影響,具有一定的測量精度,無可動元部件,壓力損失小,安全防爆,適用於惡劣環境。
智能渦街流量計安裝原則除了以設計圖紙為依據外,在實際施工過程中還要注意以下幾點:①所選擇的安裝位置應使流量計保持灌滿,無集氣(或積液)現象;②在上遊和下遊保留足夠的直管段以保證直行和對稱的流行,渦街流量計的上遊必須留有至少15倍口徑(D)的直管段,下遊必須留有至少5倍口徑(D)的直管段;③閥門以及其他測量儀表盡可能的在流量計的下遊安裝。
根據近幾年在大項目安裝智能渦街流量計施工過程中常見的問題,采取以下處理措施:
