流量儀表在供熱係統中具有重要的作用,特別是在當前市場經濟條件下,蒸汽流量、燃氣流量或熱水熱量采用貿易結算方式,流量儀表的測量就是計量收費的依據,因此要求具有很高的技術性能。
近十年來,我國流量儀表使用得最多的還是孔板差壓流量計和渦街流量計,zheliangzhongliuliangyibiaodoushibeiyonghurenkedeliuliangyibiao,danyouyushengchanchangjiabutong,shengchanchangjiazhangwoliuliangceliangzhuanyezhishifangmiandechayihejishushuipingdecanchabuqi,daozhishichangshangtongleidekongbanchayaliuliangjihewojieliuliangjijishuxingnengxiangchashenyuan,qizhongyouxiangdangbufenbubeirenke,dabudaomaoyijiesuandeyaoqiu。
流liu量liang儀yi表biao能neng否fou達da到dao貿mao易yi結jie算suan的de要yao求qiu,可ke以yi通tong過guo一yi些xie硬ying性xing指zhi標biao來lai檢jian驗yan。這zhe些xie硬ying性xing指zhi標biao涉she及ji到dao儀yi表biao的de可ke靠kao性xing與yu測ce量liang精jing度du問wen題ti,涉she及ji到dao儀yi表biao對dui停ting電dian的de處chu理li、對超量程運行的處理、對係統故障的處理、對濕飽和蒸汽流量測量的處理和網絡通訊問題等等。
一、流量儀表的可靠性及測量精度問題
(一)流量儀表的可靠性
流量儀表一般都是由一次儀表(如節流裝置及渦街傳感器)、變送器(如差壓變送器、壓力變送器、溫度變送器),及二次儀表(如流量積算儀)組成,考察流量儀表的可靠性,應分別考察一次儀表、biansongqijierciyibiaodekekaoxing。yikongbanchayaliuliangjiweili,kongbanzuoweichayaliuliangjideyiciyibiao,muqianshichangshangyoufentishiheyitishiliangleijiegou,congshiyongqingkuangkan,yitishikongbanyaobifentishikongbankekaodeduo,weishenmeshiyonglejinbainiandefentishijiegoumeiyouyitishikongbankekaone?yuanyinjiuzaiyufentishijiegouzhong,congqianhouhuanshizhilengningguanzhijianyouliangduantangangcaizhidedaoyaguanhejiezhifa,tangangcaizhidedaoyaguanyunxingyiduanshijianhourongyijiegouerdusaidaoyaguan,tangangcaizhidejiezhifaheshimiandianpianyerongyidusai。jingchangpaiwukeyijianshaodusaiguzhang,danmeipaiyiciwu,douxuyaojiaochangshijiancainengwendingxialai,zheduiyumaoyijiesuanshibuheshide。xiangbizhixia,yitishikongbancaiyongbuxiugangjiagongercheng,burongyijiegou,yebuyongpaiwu,shiyongduoniandoubuhuidusai,kekaoxinggaoyufentishikongban。yingdangzhichudeshimuqianshichangshangyouxuduochangjiadeyitishikongbanchanpin,youyusanfazuheguanjietoudezhiliangbuguoguan,ercunzaiweilouxianxiang,shaoxudeweiloujiangdaozhihendaceliangwucha,zheshijueduibuyunxude。
除一次儀表外,變送器的質量在流量測量中也很重要,它們將被測流體介質的壓力、溫度及節流裝置前後的差壓信號轉變成為 4 ~ 20mA debiaozhundianliuxinhao,biansongqidezuoyongzaiyujiangbubianyuyunsuandewuxingcanshuzhuanhuanchengbianyuyunsuandedianliuxinhaoshuchu。muqianguoneishengchandezheleichanpin,pubiancunzaixingnengbukekao,shiyongshoumingduandengquedian,yinciliuliangyibiaozhongpeiyongdezhexiechanpin,bixuyangetiaoxuan,fouzehuiyingxiangliuliangyibiaodexingneng。kongbanchayaliuliangjideerciyibiao,tongchangchengweiliuliangjisuanyi,jinnianlai,liuliangjisuanyijunyizhinenghua,zhibuguobutongdeshengchanchangjiazhinenghuadechengdubutong。youyuyongxinpiandaitiyuanshidefenliyuanjian,kekaoxingdedaolehendatigao。muqianshichangshangdeliuliangjisuanyidazhifenweiwanyongxinghezhuanyongxingliangzhong,wanyongxingliuliangjisuanyitongguoyingjianshezhi,keyuchayaliuliangji、渦街流量計或其它流量計配用,可測量過熱蒸汽、飽和蒸汽、氣qi體ti及ji液ye體ti等deng不bu同tong介jie質zhi的de流liu量liang。專zhuan用yong型xing流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi硬ying件jian設she置zhi少shao,不bu像xiang萬wan用yong型xing流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi那na樣yang,任ren何he流liu體ti介jie質zhi都dou適shi用yong,對dui於yu不bu同tong的de流liu體ti介jie質zhi,需xu要yao更geng換huan軟ruan件jian。從cong儀yi表biao可ke靠kao性xing看kan,儀yi表biao內nei電dian子zi線xian路lu的de集ji成cheng度du越yue高gao,芯xin片pian越yue少shao,器qi件jian越yue少shao,可ke靠kao性xing越yue高gao。因yin此ci,專zhuan用yong型xing流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi的de可ke靠kao性xing比bi萬wan用yong型xing流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi要yao高gao得de多duo。
同孔板差壓流量計一樣,考察渦街流量計的可靠性,也應從渦街傳感器、變送器(壓力變送器,溫度變送器)及(ji)流(liu)量(liang)積(ji)算(suan)儀(yi)分(fen)別(bie)考(kao)察(cha)。渦(wo)街(jie)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)將(jiang)被(bei)測(ce)流(liu)體(ti)的(de)流(liu)速(su)轉(zhuan)變(bian)成(cheng)頻(pin)率(lv)信(xin)號(hao),頻(pin)率(lv)信(xin)號(hao)與(yu)流(liu)速(su)成(cheng)比(bi)例(li),因(yin)此(ci)測(ce)取(qu)了(le)頻(pin)率(lv)就(jiu)知(zhi)道(dao)了(le)流(liu)速(su)。頻(pin)率(lv)的(de)測(ce)量(liang)方(fang)法(fa)有(you)很(hen)多(duo),最(zui)常(chang)用(yong)的(de)有(you)電(dian)容(rong)和(he)壓(ya)電(dian)晶(jing)體(ti)兩(liang)種(zhong),我(wo)國(guo)渦(wo)街(jie)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)廠(chang)大(da)都(dou)使(shi)用(yong)後(hou)者(zhe)。渦(wo)街(jie)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)是(shi)流(liu)量(liang)專(zhuan)業(ye)工(gong)作(zuo)者(zhe)經(jing)常(chang)談(tan)論(lun)的(de)話(hua)題(ti),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)國(guo)產(chan)渦(wo)街(jie)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),談(tan)論(lun)的(de)更(geng)多(duo)。由(you)於(yu)渦(wo)街(jie)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)具(ju)有(you)很(hen)多(duo)優(you)點(dian),近(jin)年(nian)來(lai)使(shi)用(yong)很(hen)多(duo),但(dan)有(you)部(bu)分(fen)國(guo)產(chan)渦(wo)街(jie)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)差(cha),經(jing)常(chang)出(chu)現(xian)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang)是(shi)出(chu)廠(chang)檢(jian)驗(yan)是(shi)合(he)格(ge)的(de),但(dan)使(shi)用(yong)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian),如(ru)一(yi)或(huo)兩(liang)年(nian)後(hou),渦(wo)街(jie)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)壓(ya)電(dian)晶(jing)體(ti)給(gei)不(bu)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)或(huo)渦(wo)街(jie)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)內(nei)的(de)檢(jian)測(ce)放(fang)大(da)器(qi)無(wu)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)出(chu),造(zao)成(cheng)整(zheng)個(ge)渦(wo)街(jie)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)無(wu)法(fa)使(shi)用(yong),用(yong)這(zhe)種(zhong)流(liu)量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)計(ji)量(liang)收(shou)費(fei)是(shi)不(bu)適(shi)合(he)的(de)。
(二)流量儀表的測量精度
流liu量liang儀yi表biao的de測ce量liang精jing度du在zai相xiang關guan的de國guo際ji標biao準zhun和he國guo家jia標biao準zhun中zhong是shi用yong不bu確que定ding度du來lai表biao示shi的de,流liu量liang測ce量liang的de不bu確que定ding度du相xiang當dang於yu統tong計ji學xue中zhong標biao準zhun偏pian差cha的de兩liang倍bei,流liu量liang測ce量liang總zong的de不bu確que定ding度du等deng於yu流liu量liang計ji算suan公gong式shi中zhong各ge參can數shu不bu確que定ding度du平ping方fang和he的de開kai方fang。由you此ci可ke以yi看kan出chu,流liu量liang儀yi表biao的de測ce量liang精jing度du不bu是shi隻zhi看kan流liu量liang測ce量liang係xi統tong中zhong某mou一yi部bu分fen的de精jing度du,如ru差cha壓ya流liu量liang計ji的de節jie流liu孔kong板ban和he差cha壓ya變bian送song器qi、渦街流量計中的渦街傳感器,而是整個流量測量係統。
zaitanlunliuliangyibiaodeceliangjingdushi,youxieshiyongzhecuowuderenweikongbanchayaliuliangjishilaoshiliuliangyibiao,celiangjingdudi,qishizhezhongshuofashibuzhengquede。shijishang,jishinianlaikongbanchayaliuliangjizaibuduandeyanbianhewanshan,guoquwufajiejuedewenti,zaiyibiaozhinenghuahoudouqingyidijiejuele。liru,yiqiankongbanshizaishedinggongkuangxiajisuanjieliukongjingd20值,在該工況下,規定了孔板的流量係數α,流束膨脹係數ε,工作狀態下的孔徑dt及流體密度ρzhi,liuliangyibiaozaishejigongkuangxiayunxingshiwuchazuixiao,zhicunzailiulianglilunjisuanwucha,dangpianlishejigongkuangheshejidianshi,jianghuidailaixuduofujiaceliangwucha,yinciguidingliuliangdeliangchengbiwei3:1,也ye就jiu是shi三san分fen之zhi一yi刻ke度du流liu量liang以yi下xia的de流liu量liang是shi不bu能neng測ce量liang的de。儀yi表biao智zhi能neng化hua後hou,從cong儀yi表biao量liang程cheng的de零ling點dian至zhi滿man點dian的de整zheng個ge量liang程cheng範fan圍wei都dou將jiang是shi儀yi表biao的de設she計ji工gong況kuang和he設she計ji點dian,儀yi表biao將jiang不bu會hui有you偏pian離li設she計ji工gong況kuang產chan生sheng附fu加jia測ce量liang誤wu差cha的de問wen題ti,儀yi表biao的de量liang程cheng範fan圍wei將jiang會hui大da大da拓tuo寬kuan。在zai這zhe種zhong情qing況kuang下xia,影ying響xiang量liang程cheng範fan圍wei的de隻zhi是shi差cha壓ya變bian送song器qi的de精jing度du和he流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi的de精jing度du。例li如ru:0.075%精度的差壓變送器在4 ~20mA電流信號輸出時的最大偏差為0.012mA,在量程起始點的電流信號最大隻有4.012mA,其所對應的流量為刻度流量的2.7%,隻有2.7%以下的流量不能測量。至於流量積算儀的運算精度,對於1台高性能的流量積算儀,其運算誤差可以忽略不計。考慮到其它各種因素,孔板差壓流量計的量程範圍可到20:1 。
渦街流量計的精度取決於渦街傳感器、biansongqijiliuliangjisuanyi。wojieliuliangjidejingduyekeyongliuliangceliangdebuquedingdubiaoshi,liuliangceliangdebuquedingdudengyuwojiepinlvdebuquedingduheliutimidudebuquedingdupingfanghedekaifang。wojiepinlvdebuquedingduyuwojiechuanganqiyouguan,liutimidudebuquedingduyuyalibiansongqihewendubiansongqiyouguan。wojieliuliangjideliuliangyuwojiepinlvheliutimiduerzhechengbiliguanxi,zheshuomingwojiechuanganqiyuyalibiansongqihewendubiansongqizaiquedingliuliangshishitongdengzhongyaode。danzaishijishiyongzhong,youxierenzhiqiangtiaowojiechuanganqi,erhulveleyalibiansongqihewendubiansongqi,dangwojiechuanganqiyunxingzhengchang,eryalibiansongqiyunxingbuzhengchang,daozhiliuliangshizhiyanzhongpianlizhenshiliuliangzhishi, 還全然不知。
流量積算儀的de作zuo用yong在zai流liu量liang測ce量liang係xi統tong中zhong非fei常chang重zhong要yao,從cong某mou種zhong意yi義yi上shang講jiang,流liu量liang儀yi表biao的de測ce量liang精jing度du主zhu要yao取qu決jue於yu流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi的de功gong能neng。以yi孔kong板ban差cha壓ya流liu量liang計ji為wei例li,節jie流liu孔kong板ban按an標biao準zhun計ji算suan加jia工gong就jiu可ke以yi了le,差cha壓ya變bian送song器qi隻zhi是shi將jiang孔kong板ban前qian後hou的de差cha壓ya信xin號hao轉zhuan變bian成cheng電dian流liu信xin號hao,壓ya力li變bian送song器qi和he溫wen度du變bian送song器qi也ye隻zhi是shi將jiang壓ya力li信xin號hao、溫度信號轉變成電流信號,而流量積算儀則不同,它將利用差壓信號、yalixinhaohewenduxinhaopanduanliutideyunxinggongkuang,quedingyuliuliangyouguandesuoyoucanshu,jinerjisuanzhenshizhiliangliulianghuobiaozhuntijiliuliang。zhezhongxindeliuliangxinhaochulimoshiyijingbushirenmenchangtiqidewenyabuchangmoshile,suoweiwenyabuchangshizaiyuanshedingdeliutiwendu、壓力條件下確定的流量參數,在實際運行工況下,當溫度、壓(ya)力(li)波(bo)動(dong)時(shi),對(dui)原(yuan)來(lai)已(yi)確(que)定(ding)的(de)流(liu)量(liang)參(can)數(shu)進(jin)行(xing)修(xiu)正(zheng)補(bu)償(chang),而(er)在(zai)新(xin)的(de)概(gai)念(nian)中(zhong)儀(yi)表(biao)不(bu)存(cun)在(zai)有(you)原(yuan)始(shi)的(de)流(liu)量(liang)參(can)數(shu),所(suo)有(you)的(de)流(liu)量(liang)參(can)數(shu)都(dou)是(shi)在(zai)測(ce)量(liang)周(zhou)期(qi)瞬(shun)間(jian)精(jing)確(que)計(ji)算(suan)確(que)定(ding)的(de)。這(zhe)種(zhong)新(xin)概(gai)念(nian)處(chu)理(li)流(liu)量(liang)信(xin)號(hao)使(shi)差(cha)壓(ya)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)煥(huan)然(ran)一(yi)新(xin),它(ta)將(jiang)總(zong)的(de)流(liu)量(liang)測(ce)量(liang)誤(wu)差(cha)減(jian)至(zhi)最(zui)小(xiao),並(bing)且(qie)大(da)大(da)拓(tuo)寬(kuan)了(le)流(liu)量(liang)測(ce)量(liang)範(fan)圍(wei)。
二、流量儀表用於計量收費需要考慮的幾個問題
(一)流量儀表的停電與計時問題
流liu量liang儀yi表biao停ting電dian後hou將jiang不bu在zai工gong作zuo,停ting電dian期qi間jian的de流liu量liang將jiang無wu法fa累lei積ji,這zhe對dui於yu貿mao易yi結jie算suan是shi不bu允yun許xu的de。因yin此ci,在zai流liu量liang儀yi表biao智zhi能neng化hua後hou,許xu多duo流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi都dou可ke顯xian示shi儀yi表biao累lei積ji運yun行xing時shi間jian,以yi此ci判pan斷duan在zai某mou段duan時shi間jian內nei,儀yi表biao是shi否fou停ting電dian,以yi及ji停ting電dian多duo長chang時shi間jian。儀yi表biao增zeng設she累lei積ji運yun行xing時shi間jian功gong能neng可ke以yi解jie決jue一yi些xie在zai停ting電dian期qi間jian累lei積ji流liu量liang漏lou計ji的de問wen題ti,但dan這zhe種zhong方fang式shi不bu可ke能neng解jie決jue得de徹che底di。例li如ru:由熱力公司提供的蒸汽流量,用戶每天間斷使用的總流量為30t,如果儀表記時為累積運行3小時,可推斷瞬時流量約為10t/h。但實際使用蒸汽時間為6小時,全天總流量應為60t,由於不知道停電的3小時時間是否使用了蒸汽。因此,無法將漏計的30t蒸汽找回來,由此可見,儀表的累積運行時間功能,並不能滿足流量貿易結算的要求。在這裏,筆者介紹一種專門用於貿易結算的YZS精密流量積算儀,這種儀表處理停電的原則是將停電期間的流量真實地反映出來。其做法是:
1、記錄停電時間: **** 年 ** 月 ** 日 ** 時 ** 分;
2、記錄停電時的最大瞬時流量 **t/h ;
3、記錄重新來電的時間: **** 年 ** 月 ** 日 ** 時 ** 分。
這(zhe)樣(yang)就(jiu)可(ke)以(yi)計(ji)算(suan)停(ting)電(dian)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)段(duan),再(zai)通(tong)過(guo)停(ting)電(dian)前(qian)的(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)流(liu)量(liang)計(ji)算(suan)停(ting)電(dian)期(qi)間(jian)的(de)總(zong)流(liu)量(liang),在(zai)流(liu)量(liang)收(shou)費(fei)時(shi)就(jiu)可(ke)將(jiang)停(ting)電(dian)期(qi)間(jian)的(de)總(zong)流(liu)量(liang)加(jia)到(dao)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)累(lei)積(ji)流(liu)量(liang)中(zhong)去(qu)。
(二)流量儀表的超量程運行問題
流liu量liang儀yi表biao超chao量liang程cheng運yun行xing經jing常chang發fa生sheng在zai用yong熱re單dan位wei,用yong熱re單dan位wei使shi用yong熱re力li公gong司si提ti供gong的de蒸zheng汽qi,通tong常chang在zai進jin入ru用yong熱re單dan位wei的de蒸zheng汽qi管guan道dao上shang配pei置zhi一yi台tai蒸zheng汽qi流liu量liang表biao,而er流liu量liang表biao的de量liang程cheng由you單dan位wei的de用yong熱re量liang確que定ding。例li如ru,某mou單dan位wei有you10000m2的樓房,冬天需蒸汽供暖,從用熱考慮,蒸汽流量不會超過1t/h,當將刻度流量定為1t/h時,往往會出現超量程現象。這是因為有些用汽單位將連續供汽改為間斷供汽,每天上班時將供汽閥門全開,給熱交換器加熱,到2~3小時後將閥門全關,閥門全開時的蒸汽流量已大大超過 1t/h 的de刻ke度du流liu量liang。因yin此ci在zai規gui定ding儀yi表biao的de刻ke度du流liu量liang時shi,不bu僅jin需xu要yao考kao慮lv用yong戶hu的de供gong暖nuan麵mian積ji,還hai應ying考kao慮lv蒸zheng汽qi壓ya力li,管guan徑jing和he可ke能neng出chu現xian的de最zui大da蒸zheng汽qi流liu量liang。流liu量liang儀yi表biao超chao量liang程cheng現xian象xiang很hen容rong易yi判pan斷duan,有you些xie流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi就jiu有you超chao量liang程cheng顯xian示shi,當dang沒mei有you這zhe個ge功gong能neng時shi,隻zhi要yao差cha壓ya電dian流liu信xin號hao或huo渦wo街jie電dian流liu信xin號hao大da於yu或huo等deng於yu20mA時,都認為超量程。
流量儀表超量程問題運行現場應可以解決,運行現場不能更改量程的儀表不適合貿易結算使用。更改流量儀表量程的條件是變送器(或傳感器)及流量積算儀為智能型,以孔板差壓流量計為例,蒸汽管道DN50,蒸汽壓力0.6MPa,刻度流量1t/h,差壓變送器量程25Kpa,現儀表在運行中蒸汽流量超量程,需要將量程擴大至2t/h。首先改變差壓變送器量程,由於差壓與流量的平方成比例關係,因此當流量量程增1倍時,差壓量程要增4 倍,即由25Kpa增至100Kpa,智zhi能neng型xing差cha壓ya變bian送song器qi的de量liang程cheng可ke以yi用yong專zhuan用yong手shou操cao器qi非fei常chang方fang便bian地di改gai過guo來lai。改gai好hao差cha壓ya量liang程cheng後hou,再zai改gai流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi量liang程cheng,將jiang流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi的de刻ke度du流liu量liang改gai為wei2t/h,同時使流量積算儀知道,采集的20mA差壓信號不代表原來的25Kpa,而是100Kpa 。
(三)流量儀表的線路故障問題
用於貿易結算的流量儀表應嚴禁出線路故障,這就要求接儀表信號線、電源線時嚴格把關。由於流量儀表是由一次儀表,變送器及流量積算儀組成,一次儀表、變送器的信號通過導線接至流量積算儀,如果中間有1根gen信xin號hao線xian斷duan開kai,儀yi表biao就jiu無wu法fa累lei積ji流liu量liang。智zhi能neng儀yi表biao一yi般ban都dou應ying有you線xian路lu故gu障zhang判pan斷duan功gong能neng,流liu量liang積ji算suan儀yi都dou應ying能neng對dui采cai集ji的de信xin號hao進jin行xing判pan斷duan和he報bao警jing。但dan由you於yu人ren不bu在zai現xian場chang,這zhe種zhong報bao警jing也ye無wu意yi義yi。有you些xie智zhi能neng流liu量liang儀yi表biao通tong過guoRS485總線與計算機聯網,還有些智能流量儀表通過有線或無線MODEM與計算機聯絡,從計算機上可以查看每台流量儀表的信號是否正常,信號是否斷線。
減少或杜絕儀表線路故障的另一個措施是儀表安裝調試後,所有的引線都應鉛印封裝,所有的閥門,如壓力表閥、差壓閥及三閥組都應有類似鉛封的封條,這樣就可以避免許多不必要的人為故障,保證儀表公平計量。
(四)對濕飽和蒸汽的流量計量問題
濕飽和蒸汽在熱網係統中普遍存,鍋爐產出的飽和蒸汽一般都含有少許的水分,通過分汽缸、熱力管網送至用戶,由於管網的熱損失,蒸汽的水分含量必然增多,導致蒸汽流量減少。
