(2)各級政府包括產業的主管部門以及銀行、稅務、工商等部門對發展計量產品產業重要性認識不足,支持不夠。
(3)缺少支持民族產業發展的采購政策。
(4)我國基礎產業能力差。包括產品質量,服務能力和信譽能力都較差,直接影響產業的發展。
